The battle at Arsuf

The army, under the command of Richard I, hugged the coast and headed to Jaffa. On the 7th of September 1191 CE Saladin attacked Richard J at Arsuf with 80,000 men. This army was three times the size of Richard's army, but Richard I led a cavalry charge and defeated Saladin's troops.
